Brief Introduction

Medizone International, Inc. (OTCBB: MZEI) is a research and development company engaged in developing AsepticSure™ technology to decontaminate and sterilize hospital surgical suites, emergency rooms, intensive care units, schools and other critical infrastructure. Current trials are being expanded to include a hospital mock-up to be followed by hospital beta testing of the production prototype.
Annual Shareholder Meeting
- Medizone held its annual meeting of shareholders on August 26, 2009 in Reno, Nevada
- Directors were elected -- Edwin G. Marshall, Richard G. Solomon, Daniel D. Hoyt, Dr. Michael E. Shannon
- For the first time since the company became a public company in 1986 the shareholders voted to increase the number of shares the company is authorized to issue
- A modest portion of the newly authorized shares will facilitate the financing of hospital beta testing and initial production of the company's AsepticSure™ hospital sterilization system
- The availability of increased authorized capital will also provide management greater flexibility for strategic development

The Company is currently engaged in final preparation for a full scale hospital mock-up trial to be followed by hospital beta testing
Initial Sales of AsepticSure™
- Commencement of commercial deliveries is anticipated early in 2010
- Medizone's target is to achieve profitability moving into mid-year 2010.
Partnership with Multinational Corporation
Following proof of reliability of the first commercially delivered units, Medizone will have optimized its strengths as a research and development company. It then expects to partner with a large corporation embedded in the hospital sector for increased:
