Prisons – MRSA and AsepticSure

Hospital Acquired Infections

As I read about a lawsuit brought and WON by three dozen former or current inmates at an eastern Pennsylvania prison after contracting a MRSA — I am more aware than ever of what a fabulous role AsepticSure™ in the improvement of conditions in so many environments.

As a result of the lawsuit the county and its medical provider will pay a total of $270,000 to inmates.

The inmates had alleged in the 2005 suit that conditions at Northampton County Prison had fostered a breeding ground for methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, or MRSA.
